1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eventy Qatar ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

Eventy Qatar is a marketplace connecting event organizers with service providers and venues. You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable laws in Qatar.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the platform's services.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings made through Eventy Qatar are subject to confirmation by the relevant service provider or venue. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners (SkipCash). Prices displayed are in Qatari Riyals (QAR).

• A booking is only confirmed upon successful payment processing.
• Eventy Qatar charges a service fee on each transaction.
• Prices may be subject to change without prior notice.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

At Eventy Qatar, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and service providers.

4.1 Cancellation Timeframes

• 30+ days before the event: Full refund minus the Eventy service fee.
• 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• 7–14 days before the event: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
• Less than 7 days before the event: No refund unless the vendor agrees otherwise.

4.2 How to Request a Cancellation

• Log in to your Eventy account and go to My Bookings.
• Select the booking you wish to cancel and click Request Cancellation.
• Alternatively, contact us directly at info@eventy.qa or call +974 500 04801.
• Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

4.3 Vendor-Specific Policies

Some vendors and venues may have their own cancellation policies that differ from the above. These will be clearly stated on the service listing page. In case of conflict, the vendor-specific policy takes precedence.

4.4 Event Postponement

If you wish to postpone rather than cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Subject to vendor availability, we will do our best to reschedule your booking at no additional fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

Eventy Qatar acts as an intermediary marketplace and is not directly responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by third-party vendors and venues. We endeavor to verify all partners but cannot guarantee the outcome of any event.

6. Changes to Terms

Eventy Qatar reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes via email.
